I've always been driven by the desire to understand and develop human potential. Early in my career as a nurse, I quickly took on leadership roles, focusing on optimizing teams.
My experience as a CEO and senior minister broadened my capacity for compassionate guidance, eventually leading me to serve as a leader or a worldwide organization focused on leadership and organizational development.
These roles built a strong foundation for my return to healthcare, where I became an architect of talent development. I'm proud to have established and scaled an internal coaching program, leading a team of over 25 coaches. I also played a key role in launching a nationally recognized leadership center and establishing an annual leadership conference.
Today, as the head of my own coaching and consulting business, I leverage this extensive experience to help a diverse range of clients transform their performance and unlock their potential.

My commitment to excellence began with my foundational education: a BSN in Nursing and a Master's in Organization Development Psychology.
My coaching expertise is something I've continually invested in. I'm proud to be a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation, an honor held by only about 2,300 professionals worldwide. My rigorous training comes from the Academy for Coaching Excellence, with additional specialized programs from the Neuroleadership Institute, Kansas Leadership Center, and World Business and Executive Coaching. I also completed an ICF Level 3 training program.
Beyond individual coaching, I'm a certified Team Coach with the Global Team Coaching Institute. I also hold certifications in powerful assessment tools like Clifton Strengths, Enneagram, Situational Leadership, Human Centered Design, Pixel 360, and various Team Assessments.
